Tamir Poleg is the Founder and CEO of Real ( http://www.joinreal.com ), an innovative technology powered brokerage. Prior to founding Real, Poleg served as the CEO of Optimum RE investments, owning a large portfolio of residential properties as well as a property management company and a construction company. Before shifting to real estate, Poleg served in executive positions with several high tech companies, focusing on wireless infrastructure equipment. With 15 years of real estate experience, he is now set to build and expand the next generation real estate brokerage. Poleg holds a bachelor's degree in economics and several real estate related accreditations.
